Jeff Honsberger

The driving force behind Eastern Tech, Jeff founded the company in 1981.  His unbounded energy is a catalyst in spreading enthusiasm and determination to those around him.  His commitment to growth offers an exciting challenge to all of us at ETC.

Since his graduation from college, with a major in Business, Jeff set his sights on developing the best sales firm in the region.  He is possessed with entrepreneurial drive and more importantly; he has the skill to recognize the talents of others.

Jeff’s area of expertise is working with large OEM’s.  He has developed multi-million dollar relationships with Hughes Network Systems, Northrop Grumman, Rockwell Collins, Digital Receiver Technology and M/A Com.

Madeline Hendrickson

Madeline has 21 years experience in sales as a representative and field direct support or territorial manager covering territories in the Mid Atlantic area. The product lines she has been involved with over the years include custom manufactured, electro mechanical components such as printed circuit boards, machining and sheet metal, power supplies, transformers, and connectors and cable manufactures. She is well organized, educated and is a great asset to this company.

Debbie Santini
Inside/Outside Sales

Her placid nature and attention to detail has paid off twofold.  Debbie excels at adaptation.  She manages the internal office flow, which includes insuring the on time response to activity reports, sales leads, and sample follow-ups.  She also takes care of accounts payable and accounts receivable. Debbie works closely with Jeff in the preparation of corporate presentations and sales promotions.  As Eastern Tech continues to grow, there is no doubt that Debbie will rise to all of the impending challenges.

Fred Beck

Fred brings nearly 20 years of electronics and manufacturing experience to Eastern Tech Corporation. Having started in the electronic industry in 1989 as a technician, he later began a nine year career in distribution sales, and the last five years as a manufacturing representative.  Fred is our Sales Representative in the southern Virginia territory. Product knowledge includes electro-mechanical, passives, actives, RF, and engineering services. He has a bachelor's degree in Marketing from The University of Richmond, Richmond, Virginia and an Associates Degree in Electronic Technology.  When not working, Fred enjoys family time and golf.

Kim Devers
Financial Manager

Kim has been with Eastern Tech since 1996. Some of her many duties are timely response to activity reports, sales leads and sample follow-ups. She also handles accounts receivable and accounts payable. Kim is a graduate of University of Maryland. She has developed an influential rapport with the inside sales staff at all of our principals.  Her ability to win people over has proven invaluable in getting responses to our customers’ needs.
